Holiday Service, 2024
Over the holidays we adjust our service hours.
On Christmas Day and Boxing Day, buses, CTrains, and On Demand will be operating on a Sunday level of service. Transit will be regular price. Calgary Transit will have extended service on New Year’s Eve.
Heading to check out the fireworks on New Year’s Eve? Please note there will be some bus detours in place during the show. See below for more details.
To help you get home safely, all transit service will be free on New Year’s Eve, courtesy of J.P. Wiser’s.

| Please note all regular bookings (with the exception of dialysis) will be cancelled from December 21, 2024 - January 5, 2025, inclusive. If your subscription booking is still required during those dates, please use the CTA online booking app or call Calgary Transit Access at 403-537-7777, option #2 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to make an occasional booking. Regular bookings will automatically resume on January 6, 2025 | |
