Route 31 East Village Detour

Effective Tuesday, September 2, 2008 until further notice, there will be construction closures in the East Village. These closures are on 8 Ave SE between 4 St SE and 6 St SE, as well as the area of 6 Ave SE and 6 St SE. All traffic will be detoured.

As part of the East Village Redevelopment, 8 Avenue SE (between 4 Street to 6 Street SE) and the intersection of 5 Street and 8 Avenue SE will be closed for construction purposes.

Route 31 will travel eastbound on 9 Avenue SE to northbound on 6 Street SE then westbound on 7 Avenue SE and back to regular routing.
